Free wellbeing tips for a winter lockdown from Mind
The start of 2021 saw the UK enter another lockdown. To combat the January blues that were feeling extra blue after 10 months of pandemic, Mind, the UK's leading mental health charity, wanted to reach out to the nation.
Six Weeks of Wellbeing offered a free course of mindful activites delivered over email. From breathing to stretching and getting creative, the tips and guides helped thousands of people get through a tough winter. The campaign was so timely that it had a 400% response rate, smashing targets for reach and awareness. This project was particularly important to me as a couple of my friends signed up, and said they benefitted from the tips.
To ensure the campaign had maximum effect, all the assets, including the emails themselves, were created by myself and an art director in a single week-long sprint. Tiring but worth it! My role: overarching theme, copy for campaign assets, website and the six weeks of emails
